At T-BOX MINERS, we want you to love your robot kit. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your kit arrives damaged or has a defective part, please contact us at support@tboxminers.com with a photo or video clearly showing the issue. Once verified, we will send you a free replacement — no need to return the original item.

Non-Returnable Items
Kits that have been opened and partially or fully assembled are not eligible for return, unless a defect is proven with photo or video evidence.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item, contact us with proof and we'll make it right.
